Learn To Deal Blackjack

Congratulations on deciding to become a casino dealer. It has been for me a very lucrative and exciting career which has enabled me to move around the world to work in any casino offering Blackjack as a source of entertainment and fun.

In order to learn to be a casino Blackjack Dealer, it requires the development of eye and hand coordination, basic math skills should be sharpened and of course you must learn the basic rules and regulations of the casino you are working at and the state and local laws that apply to being a casino dealer in that particular locale.

We provide you with a very solid yet fundamental knowledge that should allow you to adopt to any set of circumstances for dealing Blackjack. Always remember that since there is no uniform code for dealing Blackjack, each country, state and local principality have small differences in their rules for dealing and playing Blackjack and as a result force each casino to adopt its own rules and regulations that you must learn and adopt into you dealing techniques.
